Cygames is preparing travel and lodging reimbursements following the cancellation of Umamusume: Pretty Derby’s Los Angeles concerts. Its 21 October update describes support for cancellation fees from cancelled reservations, and qualifying travel and lodging during the designated period for attendees already in Los Angeles.
The company asks people to keep receipts or other payment records that clearly show the purpose and total paid. The detailed process will be announced on the 7th Event world-tour website once finalised. The notice does not mean that every expense qualifies or that applications are already open.
The concerts had been scheduled for 22 and 23 October 2026. Cygames announced their cancellation on 20 October, saying it could not obtain the necessary US entry visas. The notice also confirms refunds for on-site and streaming tickets.
Santa Anita’s separate cosplay weekend
Santa Anita Park’s dedicated Cosplay Trackside listing gives 24 and 25 October, from noon to 5:30 pm on both days, for the event in Arcadia, California. All times are local to the venue.
The programme lists a cosplay contest, live DJs and performances, art and merchandise vendors, and Japanese food vendors. The event has its own $10 walk-up admission, and costume masks are prohibited. It is a separate event, rather than an announced replacement for the cancelled concerts.
The wider Japan Family Day programme lists 11 am to 5 pm. For Cosplay Trackside itself, use the dedicated listing’s noon to 5:30 pm window.
