Three convicted criminals are sent to solve violent cases in a future city, earning reductions to immense sentences while explosive collars enforce their cooperation.
The three OVAs shift the main investigation between Sengoku, Gogul and Benten. Sengoku faces a hijacked building computer; Gogul’s murder case reaches an experimental military cyborg; Benten follows killings among geneticists. Solving those cases still means working under the authority that controls their chances of freedom.

Blood on Sengoku’s face makes the promised bargain look brutally practical. A collar does not become voluntary employment simply because good performance might shorten a sentence. The three leads’ differing styles give each long OVA its own focus while preserving that common constraint. Its short overall commitment suits a search for concentrated cyberpunk crime stories with a coercive premise.
