In a New York transformed by contact with another world, a newcomer encounters Libra, a secret organisation managing dangers amid an extraordinary mixed population.
Hellsalem’s Lot is a place where the impossible has become part of ordinary urban life. Leonardo’s arrival gives the audience a route into its residents, while Libra’s members approach its crises with their own powers and personalities. Comic errands and violent disruptions can occupy the same street, making the city’s unstable coexistence as central as any single opponent.

A human and a tentacled neighbour looking at their phones make the city’s mixture visible without a battle. The scene treats an impossible encounter as something that can happen on public steps. Libra’s more formal group image belongs to the other side of that environment: people are still trying to organise a response to danger. The first series balances those scales of urban life.
