A confident schoolboy takes charge of a failing amusement park whose magical employees need its visitors for more than their wages.
Seiya has three months to attract 250,000 paying guests before the park’s closure. Worn-out attractions, poor service and staffing problems turn that target into a series of practical jobs. The fantasy gives the turnaround a concrete urgency: the creatures running the park depend on the magic its visitors generate.

Seiya’s confidence has to survive contact with the people already keeping the park open. The managerial problem depends on working with them: a numerical attendance target is only useful if the attractions and employees can give visitors a reason to come.
